Basic Easy Populate Question

I have just installed the latest EP update for OScMax, and have a basic question. If I have existing products in my database and don't need to edit them, do I need to include them in every Easy Populate import file?
Can I just import new products or modified products?

If you don't need to change anything then you don't need to include that line.

You can delete any line and it will make no change..

P.S.
Make sure that your model # is unique.
