taxes for separate customer groups?

Is there a way to charge certain taxes to retail customers and different taxes to wholesale customers? I am in Canada, and need to charge GST to all customers on taxable items, but PST only to Retail customers and not to wholesale customers. This applies to the tax on shipping as well.

This must have been done before no? I could not find it in the forums...

I would say there isn't.
You can change taxes by the item and by tax zones, which are related to geographic location. I do not see any way with default OSCMAX for two customers on the same geographic location to have different tax % given their customer group.
