Default infobox admin not working

I can not figure out how to get the infobox admin to actually create a new box. I have gone through the setup and it shows up in the list, but it will not show up on the site. I have the rc3 version of oscmax. Yes the box is turned on and such. Is there something else I have to do ie: specific permissions on folders.

The infobox admin cannot create a new box. It only allows you to administer an already existing infobox.

So, if you wanted to add a new box, you would first have to install the box php file in /includes/boxes/ and then you could activate and administer it through the admin panel.
