admin Protx - process refund - pops up logs me out in IE

The "refund" in the Protx payment mod pops up a window where you type in the amount of the refund.
In IE I get a notification - allow temporarily & when I allow that - it logs me out of admin.

It is an IE issue. Permanently allow the popup and see if that fixes the issue.

It is actually a "scripted window" not an actual "pop up" & writes info to the page. I guess IE percieves it as a scurity risk. Works fine in Mozilla.

Tried allowing the domain & even turned off pop up blocker.
Then tried low security - allowing pop ups from secure sites.
No luck.

Seems to be a conflict with the admin mod as the Protx Direct refund works in a stock standard Oscommerce installation - where admin is simply password protected.
