How can I make a dropdown box bigger in size?

I want to make the "All Categories" drop down box bigger, you see this box when you click on the Advanced Search link. Or for that matter how I can make any drop down box bigger, if I can do one. I'll figure it out

I use osCommerce 2.2MS2. Thanx a lot!!
