Has anyone installed the Complete Reviews System Mod?

Would love to find out what has been modifed from the osc version so I can do a manual install.

Just a couple things. Do you have the image for 0 stars (stars_0.gif)?

Also, when a person leaves a review, it does not give them an option to choose 1-5 stars (it does in the admin).

And for some reason, it's giving me 2 review buttons. The one after wish list should be the 'Write Review' button. Please see:
