Removing front admin menu

I was wondering if anyone knew how to bypass the first front menu on the admin area? You know the menu that comes up first when logging in, before you get the traditional menu on the left side of the screen..

I think this menu was ment as a tool for quick access, but since we just use it once each time logging on, its more confusing than it is helping, especially now that this meny has so many links. I want my shop to be as easy as possible to use for my web development customers. Nobody really need that first meny anyway.

I use that page to see a quick overview of my site order status, number of customers and the list goes on and on...

Sorry dont know how to fix something thats not broken =)
