Template Issues

Im hoping someone can help me.

I purchase a template from the template store, and have attempted to implement it however several sections of the design (not the boxes on the left) aren't appearing.

I've done a search, and the code doesn't even reference the images which are meant to appear and cannot find the reference to where "welcome, please login" etc text should be.

I've contacted template-faq but i have yet to hear back.

Im hoping someone may have some ideas.

Im running OSCMAX 2.0 rc3, and have not made any changes to it.

Have you put in a support ticket with them, referencing your order number? They will be best able to help you. Here is the place to submit your ticket:

What specifically are you missing? Did you follow the installation instructions with the template? They usually will include code modifications that are necessary in order for everything to work properly.

Hi, thanks for replying

I logged a ticket at template-faq but going to do one at the one you suggested now.

If you check the links i added, you'll see the missing elements. the top icons, the centre icon and information, the icons down the bottom and the new products display completely differently...

Any ideas on this?

Sorry I cannot be of more help, I do not have access to any of the templates...
