| Had a company called Buzzbrain in India design our website and its been running well upto now. Just a few bugs seeming to creep in main one been the email to customers isn't working now. Buzzbrains isn't answering our messages at all despite offering to pay extra so I guess they can't be bothered with customer care. Would love to learn a little about programming and sort it myself but haven't done any programming since I had my vic 20 all those years ago. Any advice about first things to learning programming or what the problem might be would be great. Website (incase you fancy a look) is Gamedash Thanks Paul

| Hi We're in Yorkshire and found a company called Buzzbrains in India to design our game website. Great job for the money but now 6 months later there are a few little problems and things that need changing and they don't want to know. would love to be able to learn a little more about the programming behind our site but haven't done any programming since I had my Vic 20 all them years ago. Main problem is the email to customers is down so any advice on this or where to start to learn how to alter the site myself would be really welcome. Paul Gamedash

| If you are just noticing this 6 months later, you should not even hold buzzbrains responsible. This should be considered a completely unrelated issue, regardless. If customers are not getting emails, you need to check out the mail server first and confirm whether or not it is getting them from osC, and then whether or not it is sending them. Also check your error logs for any php errors that might be related to this and post them. Next, post any other specific errors you are having and we will try to help.
