creating users for oscmax

Hi,

I have created a new user and when they get the email that lets them know that they have a user account, the password says "hidden". However, if i create a user and make them TOP ADMINISTRATOR, then their password shows up in the email.

Please let me know how to correct this issue. It just started happening today, never happened before, so somthing must have gotten changed.

I'm talking about when I am in the oscmax admin panel and i create a new user, so they can access the admin panel, i get this problem with the passwords being hidden if i put them in any group, except TOP ADMIN.

i've had a similar problem only it was the other way around - all the top-admin user had hidden password.
i just create the user for other group and than after i change the password for smth i remember i change the group
