Additional Checkbox upon checkout ADVICE

Hello everybody.. I would like to add a check box on the checkout_shipping page, under the shipping options, the box would read something like - "Click Here To Add priority treatment to your order", and would add an additional 5 dollars, or whatever price is decided to the total price if checked as well as notate the additional fee on the invoice / admin orders page. Any advice on how to accomplish this would be greatly appreciated. perhaps a similar module already exists?? Thank you very much in advance! Happy New Year!

Hi, I haven't been available on the forums in awhile but I do have a recommendation for you. Take a look at the "gift wrap" contribution.

It is designed to allow you to take a fee for gift wrapping, but you can simply change the descriptions in the contribution in the language files to make the fee for whatever use you decide. The contribution is pretty easy to install and well documented in the oscommerce forums.
