customer address required only

hi my question is, is there any way to merge billing/shipping/customer address or cancel two of them? i need only one from customer, ie customer address

any help will be greatly appreciated

When a customer signs up, there is only a single address in the form. Do you want to remove the ability for customers to have a separate ship to address?

exactly! as customers are entering different shipping/billing/customer addresses during the checkout, I'm having difficulty explaining the matter to credit card company. I need them to enter only one address.

All you need to do is login to the admin panel and click:

Configuration >> Maximum Values >> Address Book Entires

And set it to 1.

i advise this change to all online merchants indeed, i found ot that most fraud attempts are from buyers who enter different billing/shipping/customer addresses.
