QTYpro with EP

Hi!
I want to set set attributes stock with EP, but i am unable to do so. I only receive the total amount on a product in table v_products_quantity when i download any of the EP-settings. What is it i am doing wrong? I belive i should have the opportunity to set stock value for each attribute i have placed in products/stock. For example:
green - XL, qty=5
green - L, qty=10.

In easypopulate.php i have set $products_attributes_stock = true.

Do i have to change somewhere else? Is there something missing in sql? QTYpro works just fine in admin, but i want to make this a simple update for the persons who is going to administrate the shop!
