Hey all. I have a customer thats got a weird problem. Buy something for £3.00 and go to checkout, postage costs are £1.20 Final checkout page shows total due £4.20 Click cntinue and you get to paypal which shows a due ammount of £4.00 It seems to lose the 20p on every order. NOTE: I uypped the postage to 1.40 and its still only 1 pound.

Nope, its not dropping 20p. What appears to hapen is this. I order say £3.00 of goods x a single item Shipping is 1.20 (first item cost) Total at checkout is 4.20 Paypal drops the shipping to 1.00 I then order 3 items at a total cost of 12.00 Shipping is now 1.60 (1.20+2 x 20p for 2 more items Checkout total is now 13.60 Paypal is asking for a total of 14.00 It rounded the shipping up to 2.00 where is this coming from, is it paypal or is it something else.

FIXED. Turned out it was down to paypal. Under profiles, postage options, had to check the merchant account box at the bottom. Was not aware of this
