Site went down

I am getting this error when you go to my site now.



1016 - Can't open file: 'whos_online.MYI'. (errno: 145)

delete from whos_online where time_last_click < '1153183925'

can anyone please help, thanks, i need to get the site back up.

You need to repair the whos_online table, the daate is corrupt.
