Default Added a new static page

Hi, I have added a new static page called customer comments. I used the instructions for adding a new static page with wysiwyg editor. I can see the actual page by typing in my site ending with customercomments.php
however, it isnt showing under the information box nor is it showing in my admin area. I went through the steps twice for adding this and verified that I had done everything correctly. Any suggestions as to what I havent done?

I don't know what you might have done incorrectly - I've added several pages using the instructions I posted here quite successfully.

Are you sure you added the link to the information box and are you sure that you gave yourself permission to view the file in the admin tool?

I just realized that I didn't include instructions on how to make a new link to your static page in the "information" box - I suppose I assumed if you were trying to create a static page using the WYSIWYG editor you already knew how to add a static page. Sorry about that.

You can find instructions on how to add the link to your information box either by doing a search or viewing the instructions in the Wiki.

Thank you very much! I appreciate your help. I will see if I can find the instructions for that.

Ok, I have it showing on the site now, and I have it showing in the admin area, but I get this after giving Right Permission Access through Administration:
Customer Comments English

TEXT_FILE_DOES_NOT_EXIST

Did I not save it to the right folder?
