| Hi, For those that may be interested in upgrading to FCKeditor 2.2 The upgrade for this is as simple as deleting (or renaming) your existing FCKeditor directory and uploading the new version. There are no mods to make. From a review point of view.. FCKeditor 2.2 is touted as being more stable, flexible etc etc. Can't say that it appears too different to me. For the purposes that we are using it for there does not appear to be any advantage in the upgrade. | Quick Update - one very nice feature of FCKeditor 2.2 is that when you select 'source' the source code appears in a editable popup window, rather than replacing your WYSIWYG window as it did before. This removes the lag in switching between the two and is a lot more funtional. The WYSIWYG text is updated automatically when you close the source window. Cheers Tim |
