    Default looking for contribu help

    After a successful move from osc to oscmax everything is running perfectly, and i am quiet happy with the way its working for my clients needs, however I now need to look at upgrades to the site.

    Can anyone advise on the following options please.

    * Chat room of sorts, customer, client interaction
    * MSN messenger notification
    * Thumbnail generator plugin

    Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks

    Chat room - Maybe somthing like Live support v1.5.1
    http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2262

    This module will allow you to offer live support from your website via a chat dialog utilizing PHP-Online v1.4. It is fully configurable via the Admin CP, has 8 users configured by default and supports an unlimited number of users. Staff members can login via a password-protected login page.

    OR

    "Customer Support" Live Chat
    http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,872
    Allow you to have a live-chat support on your web site. It uses MySQL database, PHP, ICQ (for notifications), and JavaScript.

    Messenger Status
    http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2863
    Allows customers to see if you are online with MSN, AIM (AOL Instant Messenger), Jabber, ICQ, and Yahoo and then message you if you are.

    Auto Thumbnail.... Many options -

    But use one that is ADMIN side or ONLY generate it ONCE - not every visit or in a temporary cache that gets flushed out every so often. Many ISP have a clause that prohibits extsenive CPU usage on sharied hosting (virtual sites).

    I am evaluating the options for a client right now - to see what the best way would to be going.
