modifing credit card module

in the credit card mod, i am looking ot add a box so that CVV can be and required for all customers. is there any update for this?

i am using the credit card mod that sends the middle credit card numbers via email. i would like the mod to ask the customer for the cvv number and store that number for me. I don't see that on the link above

i have modified all my files and i am having problems now, the only file i could not modify was the checkout_payment.php

is there a different layout do to my templete?
