    Default UltraPics Integration

I was curious if anybody has this integrated into the newest oscMax using the default template. Ive attempted this myself, but to no avail. If anybody has this in their store, could you please upload your product_info.php or maybe some advice as to how to add this mod in? Thanks again.

Why not use dynamic mopics? It works beautifullly, and if you don't like the look of it, it is completely configured via CSS (easy to change).

Use what you've got, because dynamic mopics is awesome.

groggory: Dynamic MoPics doesnt have all the features I need. UltraPics has the ability to size my image in 3 places, because I would like all different sizes in different areas. Like my product page I would like it to be 250x200, my new items thumbnail to be 100x70, and my click to enlarge to be 650x400. I wasnt getting that with MoPics, plus the interface is easy for the person who will be continue working on the shop.

does ultrapics generate all the images for you? cause that's actually some pretty awesome functionality. I love the way dynamic mopics works, but I really like those features too! I think dynamic mopics needs to take some clues from ultrapics.

Yes it does, I used UltraPics with osCommerce and loved it, I wish I could see it on osCMax. The functionality works, however its conflicting with the default template using BTS. Any suggestions?

I'm sure its quite a bit of integration. Not sure, take a look through and figure it out. The wiki has a good tutorial on integrating into BTS

Dyamic mopics is more for bulk image management and speed.

No tedious one product at a time set up. If you have over 2k products, each with 2 or more images, mopics is just better than anything out there. It is all about workflow. Images are be pre-sized in a bulk image resizer, then just uploaded to the server. Nothing else needs to be done after that when using dynamic mopics. You can easily update 50,000 products that have multiple images in less than 20 minutes with dynamic mopics (depending on how fast your internet connection is).

That being said, smaller stores that want a more visual method of adding multiple pictures would benefit from ultra pics.
