Default WYSIWYG editor for added pages in catalog section of admin

I've added a couple of content pages, but I can't get them to work with the wysiwyg editor in the admin control panel. I can get them to list in the menu, but when I click I get a forbiden error...I'm sure I'm missing something, but I can't find it...

TIA

Thank you - I have read that thread, over, and over, and over. In the end, I'm not sure they figure out how to get the pages to show up in the admin section though. With these directions I did get the page to show up in the admin section, but when I click on it I get the same error mentioned - the forbiden error....

OK - I went into the administrator section and added the new file to the catalog section of file access, this places the new content page in my catalog section of the admin, but now I get this error...
TEXT_FILE_DOES_NOT_EXIST
any suggestions?

On the forbidded error you may need to change your chmod or permissions to 777 on the file that will be edited by the wysiwyg editor.
