Blank Shipping Page

When I go to checkout of my store, the shipping page is blank. I only have one shipping modules installed and all my weights and shipping prices are 0.00. Any thoughts?

What shipping module do you have installed? Has it been configured?

I am using the COD shipping module. The only change is I changed it to "Pick Up At School".
Everything worked fine before Christmas.

From what I have understood, if the shipping weight is zero then shipping options are skipped altogether. I had this same issue with a store that used a flat shipping rate for all orders. Once I set product weights, all was well.
