HELP - missing CSS class in HTML for BTS

Just switched to oscmax and its so much better than oscommerce. One problem tho! Making my own template with HTML for BTS. I want to make all boxes have a different look to the header like here:

Page source reveals the below code. I cannot find any of the below classes that end in LT. Where are they??

These classes are not use in OSCMAX except for the "CLOSED" template.

Which template are you using (or based on) - check what you have edited....
