Installing "Call for Price!" on osCMax v2.0

This mod was simple in osCommerce, but since my switch to osCMax, I have not been able to find instructions for such a mod that I can make work.

Has anyone re-written the mod for osCMax v2.0?

You can rewrite just remember the files that ask for modification in /catalog will be in your catalog/templates/example aabox/content -- example catalog/product_info.php the file to edit would be located at catalog/templates/example aabox/content/product_info.tpl.php.
