1054 - Unknown column when restock product

Hi

When deleting an order and checking the 'restock product quantity' box I get the following error

1054 - Unknown column 'opa.products_attributes_id' in 'where clause'

SELECT opd.orders_products_filename FROM orders_products_attributes opa, orders_products_download opd WHERE opa.orders_products_id = '1' AND opa.products_attributes_id=opd.products_attributes _id

Any ideas anyone!!

I, too, am getting this error - I know why I'm getting it, I just don't know what to do about it.

If you're not selling gift vouchers or any other virtual product (i.e. downloads), simply turn off the download feature in the admin panel. Once you've done so, you'll no longer get the error message when you delete a product and choose to restock the quantity.

However, I do have gift vouchers on both of my live sites, and if I turn off the download feature the site tries to charge the customer shipping for gift vouchers.

Can anyone help?

Check the bugtracker. It is a bug in QTPro. You can update it to v4.2 to fix the problem.
