Your blue background is mainly as the result of this graphic file:
catalog/images/OSCMAX_box_bg.jpg

One easy way to change it, would be to make a copy of this file and modify it in Photoshop (or whatever graphics package you use) then upload the replacement to your server.
Use the same file name, and you won't need to modify any code (although you may need to refresh your browser's screen to see the change, if it has cached the original image).
Remember to keep another copy of the original as a backup, in case you want to reinstate it.

In order to keep your site colour scheme consistent, you'll probably also want to make changes to the background colour of some items in the stylesheet:
catalog/templates/aabox/stylesheet.css
Such as:
TD.headerNavigation
TD.footer
TD.infoBoxHeading

And, while you're at it, you'll need to modify these graphics to match too:
OSCMAX_top_low.jpg
OSCMAX_footer.jpg

Your price in the title bar may be because you've got the item setup as a product, when it might be better creating it as an additional static page.
Perhaps someone else can suggest an easy solution.

WOW thats was great help. yes i did that. i appraciate if some body can help me out with my second problem which is removing 0.00 value from header. see above link for info
