Default Determining and getting hold of old versions

    Hi all.

I've just been passed the responsability of looking after a heavily customised osCmax installation.

Unfortunately, the previous maintainer doesn't know what changes they made, and helpfully, never kept a copy of the original unadulterated shop code.
    I THINK it's 2.0 RC3 but I can't find any specific version number.

    1) How can I find out what version it was based off of so I can determine his changes and...
    2) Does anyone have a copy of (or know where I can download) such an old a version?

Note that the desired end result of this is to try and get it updated to the latest version, but I kinda' need to find out which of the 3900 modified, added and removed files are his

I managed to find 2.0 RC3.01 on CNET downloads so I have a close version, but it still contains many changes which look like core code changes rather then our customisations.

    Many thanks

On such an old release you'd be better off just starting with the latest package and transfer over customers/orders/products. 'Max has changed almost unrecognisably since any 2.0 release (though 2.0.25 is close). It's likely many of the customisations are either incorporated or irrelevant now and any missing functionality would require substantial re-coding anyway.

Thanks, I will probably end up doing that eventually. Is there any way to determine the version in the mean time so I can at least tell WHAT he's done?

It's easy enough to find out - if it hasn't been messed with. Clue: application_top.php

Hmmm, the shop seems to be "osCMax v2.0" with the admin panel at "osCMax v2.0 RC3"

Assuming v2.0 is the final release available from the All releses page, does anyone have the RC3 version for the admin panel? As far as I can tell, they predate the code.google.com repo too

    Many thanks
