Hi, If I don't put an article under a topic it does not show on the site. I'd like to send the link in email, but do not know how to find the article URL.

Also, is there a way to hide a Topic (make it not live)?

To send a link simply append the article number - which you can see in admin when editing the article in browser URL bar - to article_info.php?articles_id=1

I don't think so - but you could request it as "feature request" in the bugtracker.
