Hi,

Attached is how I have free shipping enabled in customers > customer groups > retail - edit

I also see that under modules>shipping --free shipping, it just has an install button that I'm not sure if I need to use it.

What I want to do is just have free shipping for the continental US only (not Canada, etc.)
