I think I had the answer to this once, but have been searching for it for two hours and can't seem to find it again.

Can the "allow free shipping over x amount" or "free shipping Discount Coupon" be modified to be only for one customer group and not the other? Also, it there a way for the free shipping to not include specials?

If not easy, I'll contact my oscmax guru
