Can someone tell me which file needs to be edited to change the order of the address fields in the order notification email?

I want it to say

Customer's Company
Customer's Name
123 Street St
City
State ZIP/Post Code

and remove country.

Can't figure out where to change the order of the lines.

P.S. Can a mod fix my super spelling skills in the title please?
