Layout error on checkout_payment page in 'compromise' template.

I'm trying to use the theme 'compromise' in osCMax 2.0.25 but when going through the checkout process the payment information page doesn't display correctly (the sidebar get's pulled into the main content area destroying the page margins).

I'm fairly new to .php but it looks to me as though there is a problem with the way this page is written up:
/templates/compromise/content/checkout_payment.tpl.php

best I can tell there's a table, row or cell that fails to get closed somewhere between lines 140 - 250.

Has anyone encountered this problem and have a solution or fix for it?

Have a look/search of the forum - exactly the same thing has been addressed only a few days ago.
