Where did you get the Italian language pack from? You can not normally just drag and drop them over the top ... The white screen will be either caused by the fact that osCmax main language file being called core.php OR an unescaped ' or ".

This is an osCommerce language pack not an osCmax one! Some of the language defines are the same but you will end up with quite a few missing!

Do you speak Italian? If so, we can look at creating a language pack for osCmax for you but you will need to do the translation work.
