How to change colors/templates?

Ok iam new to this so can someone tell me how to change the colors in the templates iam useing the fallback but want to use a differant Color then what it has now Thank you in advance

New to this? 2007!!!
Eh, create your own template based on fallback and change the CSS. Read the forum stickies on BTS and have a look at the wiki. How this relates to this thread, gawd only knows.

yea just because i have been here since 2007 does not mean i know how to do everything so yea iam new to this in working with templates thank you for your great Help.
