Welcome Email Fix - 2 New Files v2.5

I couldn't find a fix for the welcome emails, it seems the Phone orders (user/pass) was printing at the top of all welcome emails on new account sign-ups and it looked janky.

I basically formatted to print neatly at the top of all welcome emails and commented out the phone order line which needs some polishing.

I modified 2 files both called create_account.php which go in to different directories.

Readme included with the attached .zip, just upload and extract to public www (html) directory where oSCMax is installed.

FYI this fix was for v2.5 beta 1 and is already obsolete.

Since beta 2 was released today, this fix was already set to be included, bug #520 - revision: r857 reference: r857 - oscmax2 - Project Hosting on Google Code

Similar result, but no need to apply this fix now. Dang you OSCMax guys are on it!

There goes my shot at fame and fortune...

Don't give up on that fame just yet. There are plenty more bugs that you can make your claim to fame with:

Feel free to report any issues found in beta 2 to the tracker, as well as take a crack at fixing anything that is already there. Then post your solution to the tracker. There is a lot going on with the project and we could always use more helping hands.
