Port of Wholesale Enquiry form Rattled up in a couple of hours, to assist another forum member.
Could be of use to quite a few of you, just prior to upgrading to the bells and whistles of v2.5
I've added some additional notes in the readme and made minor changes to make it 'Max (BTS) compliant. No guarantees/warranties, as per usual. Not even worth asking for beer money, 'cos most of you lot are a tight bunch and want stuff for free.
