help with info button links in admin

Is the reason why the info "i" blue images in the admin only say "info" when you roll over them in admin? Is this a feature where we customize the actual info text for each info "i" button? If so, where's the source files/folders. I looked in the language files but no luck so far...

They say 'Info' because when you click it, in the right side box, you get more info about the item. Thought it was pretty obvious. Try clicking one. See the info in the side box when you click it? Thats all there is to it.

hahaha - I'm smoking too much of something...I just been away too long. I get it michael, yeah the info shows once you click on it. that seems simple enough - you are right.
