cod won't activate in the front end

Hello,

I'm activating the Check/Money Order module and 2CO module, which display correctly when activated in the admin.

The cod module won't show as a payment option (on the front end) after installing.

I have tried installing, re-installing, changing the Sort Order. Doesn't work so far.

Any ideas ?

Fixed by adding 'weight' to the products description. Weird IMHO, but it's working now.

Cash on Delivery for virtual goods (zero weight=downloadable product) is the weird bit.

I haven't added weight info to all my products yet.

cod is a payment method, not necessarily a shipping method or fee involved, right ?

I don't see the reason why these are linked together.

COD is smart and shuts itself off for virtual goods, to protect you from doing something costly like selling downloads COD. We think ahead about things like that even if you don't. Thank us later.
