checkout looping - customers can't buy!

Hi,

I spent a little time searching for this, but only came up with this which is different than our problem.

After credit card info is entered and submitted, the customer is taken back to the beginning of the checkout procedure. There is no error message, I have not changed anything in the charges area, and this just started happening tonight.

I have just tried it numerous times and it keeps happening - any help greatly appreciated!!

If things just start happening then you need to work out why!

Maybe your host changed your PHP settings or perhaps you have been hacked!!

Do you have an URL for your site and I will take a look.

Have you read this? Specifically the bit at the bottom about "Check this if you want to pay with different payment method"

I spent all night trying to find out why, and finally found out that someone else had gone into the admin shipping module and changed the "enable free shipping" from zero to 1. I'm not sure why that would make it loop, but it seemed to fix the problem.

I will go over the security/hack link you sent me and have someone make all of the changes. I contacted my oscmax guy, but he hasn't gotten back to me yet.

I just made a site live, so it has not been out there to get hacked. I have the same problem when Enable Free Shipping is enabled. I am using the Authorize.net AIM module & osCmax 2.0.25
