2CO payment module: +5.5% ?

How do I add 5.5% transaction fee at the end of the process ?

I have a problem with this system though: it automatically adds the 'default-selected' (first payment module in the list) fee to the costs in the checkout_payment.php file. For example:

Subtotal:$223.00Tax 13%:$28.99Fee for Money Order:$5.00Total:$256.99

The correct behavior should be to add the fee AFTER it has been selected: in the checkout_confirmation.php file.

SO:
1. How do I force the checkout_payment.php file to unselect any payment option ?
OR:
2. How do I remove the calculation from checkout_payment.php but include it in checkout_confirmation.php ?
