Default How to set fixed pixel width of table across site?

I want to set the entire site table to be fit at exactly 950 pixels, how can I do this globally? Meaning, so I don't have to manually edit all 200 or so (complete guess) php pages.... Is this possible?

Might be best if you start here:
    http://wiki.oscdox.com/install_a_new_template
Then you should see which file to make a change to (hint: look at a fixed width template)

This is a feature in v2.1 but if you want to do it in v2.0.25 then simply edit your template main_page.tpl.php to make the main table that wraps around all the content 950px wide.
