I visited your site and:

It is old, and buggy, and has major security holes. The current version fixes all the problems you are having. I knew the problem sounded familiar - it was an old bug from a looooong time ago (2007 to be precise):
osCMax Bug Tracking System


Go to this page and download the current version of osCMax:
osCMax Power e-commerce software - osCMax - osCommerce Maximized

Then completely delete all the files you have installed currently. Upload all the new files from the above download.

Run the installer.

That will solve all the problems you currently have.
