Change the order numbers

Hi,

On latest oscmax2.0.15, how can I change the order numbers to start from xxx?

With older versions I could change the first order number in the database, and the consequent orders would follow from that number. now, on v2.0.15 changing the order number in the database makes all my orders and customers disappear from admin.

here's the solution if anyone is interested:
alter table orders auto_increment = 1000
