New Admin Page, not in File List but is there

Hi there, I have a new featured products module that I am using however it is not accessible in the admin due to insufficient permissions. I have included it in includes/filenames.php and when I go to file permissions the file simply isn't there.

Am I missing a step?

you have to add it to the permissions via the back end...

Administrator - File Access

select catalog
click on "store files"
select the file

Now you have access.
