"wishlist" and "shopping cart" not working

before i deliver my problem

I hope there is nothing bad happend

I have 'osCMax_v2_0_15' installed on my machine.
on my test-site on my pc, i have some products from some manifacturers in some categories.
I logged in as a customer
- but while logging in; there is no message on the page showing that the customer is logged in-
if I select any product from the 'catalog'
I am on the products page
Then ı click "add to wishlist" button
So i am on the wishlist page

This page contains following alert:
My Wish List contains:
There are no products in your Wish List.
Click here for help on using your Wish List


I can not add any product into "wishlist" nor the "shopping cart"

my adjustment on the mystore:

is there any adjustment failing ?
I could not find any approach in forums.
I have repeated the completely installation of the site but the result is the same.
Please some help

Is the new picture that bad?

Next, wishlist, shopping cart and login all work fine on a properly installed shop. Are you using a custom template or fallback?

The Picture is really confident and nice.
