I'm a novice, but would it work to make an infobox, put some code from a twitter feed in it?

I see that the tweetboard is a very short piece of code - where would I put this in? The website says "above the </body> tag", but I thought I'd check here to make sure it is not likely to screw something up.
Yep, you want to put it at the bottom of main_page.tpl.php. Also be sure to keep it off of your SSL protected pages, or you will get a warning message about a partially encrypted page.
