Hello all,

I thought this would be an easy task, but it seems to be more difficult than I anticipated. I have an OScommerce store that has a single image banner at the top, that is the width of the store (and the three buttons for account, cart, and checkout are not there anymore). How would I go about this in osCMax?

I have looked through much of the wiki and the FAQ, but haven't found the answer.

osCMax uses templates so that you don't have edit every file (aka osCommerce) - look in the catalog/templates folder ...

You will find a number of templates in there ... look at main_page.tpl.php ... this is the template wireframe for all the code ...

I see the main_page.tpl.php file for the default template. All I want is to have a top logo that spans the width of the store, and doesn't have the buttons for account, cart, and checkout. I didn't have any problem doing so with oscommerce because there was a template pack to install with precisely this style. Can you give me a hint as to the portions that need modification?
