    Default Installing Mopics

I want to install Mopics and the instructions seem straightforward.
But I'm going to have a problem with step 3 -
    3. Import or cut & paste the included SQL file in phpmyadmin, or similar.

... because I'm totally unfamiliar with SQL and phpmyadmin!

I've gone to my CPanel and found phpmyadmin 2.4 but now what? There's a list of files in the left column but I don't know what I'm looking for.
Is this something a total novice can do?
Is it possible to use mopics without this step?

I'll assume that you mean Enhanced Mopics.
MoPics is included by default in osCMax.
Enhanced Mopics (latest update) is included in osCMax 2.0.15 as standard.

    phpmyadmin:
In left pane (left column), click on the name of your 'Max database.
Then in right hand pane (main window), click on Import. Browse to the .sql file. Deselect Partial Import. Click go. Job done - hopefully.

    It worked - THANK YOU.

I saw the list of individual files and didn't think to click on the name above that! And I didn't want to start anything without knowing what I was doing because of all the warnings about how easy it is to change everything in phpMyadmin.

There was no Import tab but I followed PGMarshall's Wiki instructions and they were very clear. I have now downloaded the entire Wiki file to read in my "spare" time.
So hopefully I won't be plaguing you with any more stupid questions.... for a while.

I'll download .15 (after backing everything up first - don't want to undo all the hard work you've helped me to do over the last month).
