I'm sure I'm missing something really quite simple...but I'm at that point where I can't see the forest for the trees.

I'm trying to get the Subject line I receive from the "Contact Us" to go from "Enquiry from ...." to whatever the subject is they have typed into the Subject textbox I put onto the page.
