I saw in the tweet bar that the one page checkout module is going into v2.1 which is excellent news - I really think this sort of functionality helps with the user experience.
I was going to install myself but now don't know which module to play around with ... I had a look in the v2.1 trunk but I don't think it is uploaded at the moment.
Is osCmax going to have:
This one: AJAX Single Page Checkout
or this one: One Page Checkout
I am aiming to css and redesign the layout to match this since I think the vertical accordian method works really neatly since it makes the best use of the page space without loads of scrolling etc.
Or I may and put the checkout process in the same tabs code that I have used on my site in the product_info pages since this is pretty light weight and I have already loaded the javascript.
Can someone tell me which one is being adopted by osCmax so I can start on the layout customisation?
Edit: On reviewing these two mods the One Page Checkout is vastly superior user interface - hopefully this is the one being adopted into osCmax - it looks like an excellent piece of coding. (I am going to start working on the layout for site using this mod).
Regards,
